In 2026, it’s no longer enough to just "have experience." You have to prove that experience to an AI Recruiter before a human ever sees your name. If you haven’t updated your strategy in the last 12 months, your resume might be technically invisible.


3 Ways to "Remix" Your Strategy Right Now


1. Move from Keywords to "Competency Clusters"

Search engines and ATS bots are smarter now. They don't just look for the word "Management." They look for evidence of competence.

2. Optimize for "Human-AI" Compatibility
